Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Domestic orders are sent via USPS Priority Mail, and international orders are shipped through DHL Express. Once your order leaves our facility, it is managed by the carrier. For lost packages or items marked as delivered but not found, please contact the carrier directly. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, being unclaimed, or similar issues, reshipping costs will apply.
International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes, which must be paid upon receipt. We are legally required to declare the accurate value of goods and cannot cover or waive these charges.
Orders over $300 require a signature upon delivery. For smaller orders, you can request a signature requirement or add extra insurance by reaching out to us.

Vintage pieces have stood the test of time, often spanning years or even lifetimes of ownership. Please note that vintage and pre-owned contemporary items are pre-loved and may show signs of age, wear, or use, any notable wear will be detailed in the item description.
