 Once an order has been shipped, it is handled by the selected carrier. For packages that are lost,   or marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier directly to initiate an   investigation.

 If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, being unclaimed, or similar delivery   issues, reshipping fees will apply.

 

 

 International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, and/or taxes, which are the   responsibility of the recipient and must be paid upon delivery. We are legally required to declare   the accurate value of all goods and cannot mark orders as gifts or waive these charges.

 Orders over $300 may require a signature upon delivery. For orders under $300, you may request   signature confirmation or add additional insurance by contacting us prior to shipment.

Due to the nature of vintage and pre-owned items, pieces may show   minor signs of age, wear, or prior use. Any notable condition details will be disclosed in the   product description.
